Terms of Service

If there is any inconsistency in the interpretation of these Terms of Service and User Guide, the User Guide shall take precedence.

1. Areas Applicable to These Terms

Net Business Technology Co., Ltd. (“Interior Calligraphy”) has established these Terms of Service as follows for the use of Interior Calligraphy's official website ("Website").

2. Use of This Service

Users shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms of Service and User Guide separately established by Interior Calligraphy.

3. Ordering and Delivery of Products

"Customer" means a person who places an order online by following the procedures prescribed on our Website after accepting these Terms of Service. The customer warrants that all information provided to our Website is true and accurate. All products ordered through our Website are shipped via DHL Express, in accordance with the shipping policies set forth in User Guide.

4. Payment

The amount to be paid at the time of purchase includes the total price of the products, plus any applicable taxes and duties calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for most destinations; however, an additional fee may apply for remote areas as defined by the shipping carrier.

For customers outside Japan, product prices shown on our Website do not include taxes. At checkout, taxes required under the customer’s country of residence (such as VAT or GST) will be automatically calculated and added to the order total. Import duties (if any) may also apply depending on the customer’s country and will likewise be calculated at checkout. Because these costs are settled at the time of payment, no additional charges are normally requested upon delivery.
However, this system does not apply to customers in Italy and Greece.
For these countries, VAT and import related charges are not calculated at checkout and are not prepaid to our store. Such charges are determined by customs in each country and must be paid by the recipient directly to DHL or the customs authorities. For details, please refer to “Shipping” section of User Guide.
For customers in Japan, product prices shown on our Website do not include Consumption Tax (10%). The applicable Consumption Tax will be automatically calculated and added to the order total at checkout.

Purchase agreements may be terminated or canceled without notice by Interior Calligraphy if the total amount is not paid by the due date using the payment method selected at the time of order. Certain payment methods may not be available due to the nature of the products ordered or the age of the user. If payment is made by credit card or other means provided by a third party, and if any disputes arise between users and third parties, such as credit card companies, regarding advance payments, etc., the parties involved shall resolve the dispute, and Interior Calligraphy shall not be held responsible in any way.

5. Formation of a Contract

Users who wish to purchase products should apply to do so through the means specified by Interior Calligraphy.

A purchase agreement between users and Interior Calligraphy shall be effective upon Interior Calligraphy sending users an email to notify them of the shipment of purchased products following the application provided for in the preceding paragraph; however, we shall not be held responsible for failure to receive the auto-reply email due to incomplete order entry.

For custom orders, the contract is considered formed when the user makes payment to Interior Calligraphy.

8. Membership Registration

Users shall apply for membership registration in accordance with the method specified by Interior Calligraphy on the membership registration page. Users should use a credit card in their own name when using a credit card to purchase products. Interior Calligraphy will approve applications by sending a registration confirmation e-mail when approving applications for membership registration.

Registration applications may not be approved or registration may be revoked if a person who has applied to register as a member is found to have been subject to cancellation of membership registration due to violation of these Terms of Service or the like, if the application submitted by the person who has applied to register as a member contains false information, or if approval of a membership application is otherwise deemed inappropriate by Interior Calligraphy.

9. Membership ID and Password Management

Users are responsible for maintaining the membership ID and password that they create. Users may not assign, lend, or disclose their membership ID or password to any third party. Users assume responsibility for loss or damage resulting from improper management, misuse, or use of their membership ID or password by a third party. Users should contact Interior Calligraphy immediately if they discover that their membership ID and password are being used illegally by a third party.

10. Suspension of Services

Interior Calligraphy may suspend the provision of the services, in whole or in part, without prior notice to users, in any of the following circumstances in order to maintain the services in good operating condition:
1. (1) When necessary for routine or emergency system maintenance.
2. (2) When the operation of the system becomes difficult due to interference by third parties.
3. (3) When suspension of the system is otherwise deemed unavoidable by Interior Calligraphy.

11. Termination of Contracts

Interior Calligraphy may terminate purchase agreements for products, in whole or in part:
1. (1) If users violate these Terms of Service.
2. (2) If circumstances are discovered that may affect the user's ability to pay.
3. (3) If the application submitted by the person seeking to become a member contains false information.
4. (4) If products cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal to accept the package, or failure to complete customs procedures as required.

12. Use of User Information

Personal information obtained by Interior Calligraphy through the use of the services is used in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy. This information is utilized to provide various services to users, including payment services, information provision, sales management, product development, trend analysis, and to improve our goods and services.

13. Notification

Notification by Interior Calligraphy to a user shall generally be made by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address registered by the user as the recipient of the notification (however, other methods deemed appropriate by Interior Calligraphy may be used depending on the circumstances). In the case of notice by email, Interior Calligraphy will send the notice to the registered Member's email address. In the case of notice by email, notice shall be deemed to have been given when Interior Calligraphy sends data to the email server that maintains the registered member's email address.

14. Prohibited Acts

Users must not:

(1) Use false information when applying to register as a member.
(2) Use information regarding products for purposes other than personal use, such as for profit.
(3) Engage in acts that hinder the operation of the services or engage in other acts that are likely to disrupt the services.
(4) Unlawfully use a credit card to use the services.
(5) Improperly use an email address or password.
(6) Use the service for business activities, profit-making purposes, or preparation for such activities.
(7) Engage in acts that cause or are likely to cause nuisance, detriment, loss, or damage to other users, third parties, or Interior Calligraphy.
(8) Engage in acts that infringe or are likely to infringe the trademark rights, copyrights, privacy, or other rights of other users, third parties, or Interior Calligraphy.
(9) Engage in acts that violate or are likely to violate public order and morals, or other acts that violate or are likely to violate laws and regulations.
(10) Engage in any other acts deemed inappropriate by Interior Calligraphy.

15. Copyrights, etc.

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, designs, and all other intellectual property rights or rights of use in all images, works, trademarks, logos, designs, and other information on our Website are the property of Interior Calligraphy or other copyright holders or other legitimate right holders, and any infringement of such rights by users is prohibited.

In the event that the provisions of these Terms of Service are violated and problems arise with legitimate rights holders or third parties, users shall resolve such problems at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience, loss, or damage to Interior Calligraphy.

16. Other Disclaimers

Interior Calligraphy assumes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, applicability, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, operability, security, etc., of the contents of our Website or information obtained by users through our Website.

Interior Calligraphy shall not be liable for any damages caused by software or hardware accidents, malfunctions, problems between users or between users and third parties, or any other accidents resulting from the use of our Website, including this page.

17. Changes to these Terms and Conditions of Service

Interior Calligraphy may amend these Terms of Service without the prior consent of users. Users shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes to these Terms of Service at the time users first use the services after the Terms of Service have been changed. The revised Terms of Service shall be effective and applicable from the time of revision.

18. Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction

The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance for any disputes arising from the use of the services.
